One of our favorite lamb brands is Super Farms American Lamb. Super Farms raises their lamb outside, feeding on grains and grasses. They believe in maintaining a healthy flock by rotating them strategically throughout the land.

Another great brand we provide is Strauss American lamb. Strauss’ lamb is pasture raised throughout much of the United States. The feeding cycle depends on the age of the lamb. When they’re young they feed on legumes, grass, and other plants throughout the pasture. When they are close to reaching maturation, the lamb will be fed nutritious grains.

Our lamb is received to our USDA facility. If it is not necessary to handle the raw meat, it will leave our facility soon after to ensure freshness. If you do require special cuts of lamb, our staff is trained in cutting the meat to perfection, according to the dish you’ll be preparing.
