  • What types of meat do you provide?

    Beef, prime beef, pork (fresh, frozen, ham, bacon, and sausage), lamb, veal, poultry (chicken and turkey), seafood, and wild game. We also offer specialty cooking products to enhance your meat like oils and butter.
  • Do you treat the meat in your own facility?

    We do not treat or marinate the meat in any way. We research the best brands and bring them to you. Our services include handling, packaging, distribution and delivery.
  • Can anybody order?

    We do not have a storefront or the option to order meat for personal use or gifts. We offer wholesale meat and bulk meat delivery. Typically, we work on a contractual basis with food providers like restaurants, grocery stores, event venues, caterers and more to provide them with meat to suit their needs on a regular basis.
  • Is your product seasonal?

    No. We offer the same great brands year-round, allowing you the opportunity to provide consistency in taste and quality to your customers. Once you find a brand and cut that you like, we can provide it on a regular basis, as many of our clients choose to do.
  • Can I pick up my order?

    Yes. We offer will call 6am-3pm Monday through Friday.
  • Do you charge for delivery?

    We charge a $5 fuel charge for delivery to your business.
  • What is your delivery schedule?

    We offer morning and afternoon delivery. Same-day local delivery is often possible if you are a current client and you call in the morning to place your order, but it is not guaranteed.
