The Pendleton FoundationThe Pendleton Foundation provides financial assistance and emotional support to residents of the Coachella Valley who are suffering from cancer. The organization was created based upon observation of Karen Pendleton’s experience after she was diagnosed with colon cancer. The staff caters their services to the patient, as all walks with cancer are different. Their goal is to impact the financial impact of treatments and surgeries in relation to the disease. La Quinta High SchoolCrown Meat & Provisions Inc. is proud to support many local sports teams, including those from La Quinta High School. Palm Springs Mounted Police Search and RescueCrown Meat is proud to contribute to Palm Springs Mounted Police Search and Rescue. In addition to our frequent donations of food throughout the year, we have paired with the men and women of this group to host a big fundraiser. Crown Meat was proud to supply a wide selection of fine steaks for dinner and sausage for breakfast for the dedicated men and women of Palm Springs Search and Rescue. This organization has helped rescue individuals from the Vast Palm Springs deserts and mountains for the past 50 years. These men and women have selflessly dedicated their time and resources to save the lives of others in their community. We want to help give them the fuel they need in order to keep their 50 years of service going strong.
La Quinta High School - Culinary Arts InstituteCrown Meat is happy to help better the careers and studies of the student chefs at the Culinary Arts Institute at La Quinta High School. This institute is the second largest culinary arts kitchen in the nation. We are proud to donate all proteins for the chef competitions. Crown Meat also donates a wide selection of meats in order to challenge and prepare students for their careers as chefs. We work with the talented and dedicated instructors of the Culinary Arts Institute every month to keep their students well prepared for the real world.
